1.internal sales: in charge of inquiry, sampling; quotation; complaint solving.
2.order processing: including order confirmation, delivery arrangement, order tracking, etc..
3.in charge of demand planning: follow up with customers forecast.
4.solve customer problems in a group, coordinating with sales, production & engineering and carry out follow-ups to ensure that issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
5.team work with other departments (logistics dept., finance dept., quality dept., product dept., etc.) and build up good relationships with customers.
6.works with finance, sales and customers closely on payment arrangement to smooth shipment on-time-delivery.
7.advises customer about shipping status and related documents to ensure that customers are well informed of the delivery status.
8.support customer satisfactory survey.
9.assists in the processing of documents.
2.min. 3 years working experience in sales co-ordination, order follow-up and customer liaison.
3.good english language skills in both written and spoken .
4.erp knowledge is preferred and good microsoft office skills.
5.strong communication skills and service minded.
6.hard working, pay attention to details and willing to take responsibility.
